Rachelle knows Microsoft. We used to work at the same company. If I haven't done something in a while, all I have to do is ask her and she guides me to what I need to do. She's great at giving refresher courses. She's very friendly and patient with me. She talks me through it so I get first hand experience on how to do it. She is very encouraging and I absolutely enjoy working with her. I highly recommend Rachelle.
